another week!

haha.. 3 weeks of bmt passed by just like that.... about 6 more to go!! next friday we'll embark on field camp.. i heard so much abt it that i really dread it... i dun wana get the stupid heat rash they talk abt... haha.. hope it doesnt rain alot..

anw last week was vvv slack for me.. cos i was on status.. for the species with lesser tetestrones it means sth like on MC so cant perfrom any heavy duties.. so basically i started doing exercises only on friday and saturday... for 4 days i just sat/stood by the side and watch my comapny sweat/shout/grow fitter/enjoy the PT sessions.. felt really shitty if yu ask me... i wana particiapte hell lot... esp those which i saw them have fun doing...sigh. but i told myself to train even harder and come back even stronger after i recover completely and make up for my loss time...

so this week we also went the IMT range.. haha.. had fun shooting in the air-conditioned room.. like play arcade.. haha then quite detailed analysis of ur shooting skills.. mine still ok la.. i was expecting myself to do well since i was in air rifle for like a year.. but it feels really different.. so i guess i should work on that more! haha.. hope to get marksmanship or sth! heh.

yea den i also booked out half day to go CMPB re-do some computer test thingy la.. which is damn lame.. waste my time... hmm there's rifle drills as well.. i tink v fun! hahaa... though its tiring i guess...

oh yea i signed up for the tug-of-war competition for games day!!! haha... so cool la.. the sir in-charge told us we'll be doing some strength training during our admin time (free time for us) at night.. shiok la hope to really make the team den not only can have extra trng and i tink its qutie a fun game! haha.. den there's this dream drill team as well.. wanted to go for it but i chose tug-of-war over it la.. they have won it twice in a row.. hope they can make a hattrick this year.. haha..

yea yest dear came to pick me up from pasir ris!!! so bloody damn touched. hahaha.. den come of my platoon/bunk pple were like waiting with me to see dear la.. wth... they were like standing in a row behind me as i talked to dear.. haha so lame.... later i found out they said dear looks very young.. haha.. aye good wad.. means even next time she grow old will still look young.. yayyy! =) den took train back to my house where we brought lunch back up to eat... parents were at home.. den talked, chilled abit.. den we went suntec to watch election 2.. its a friggin letdown la.... hmm had dinner at ichiban restaurant.. not filling at all.. so we went to esplanade makansutra foodstalls to eat! ok actually ONLY I ATE.... heh. wad a glutton. ate the famous hokkien mee.... yum! so different from the hokkien mee in tekong. wahahah...... took a few pictures too... yea den later talked at esp area there den headed home lor...

today im stayin home i guess... hmm cos dear cant come out as relatives are gg her house.. den i also lazy get pple to go out.. nip got duty.. tag has some problem.... hey bro if yu reading this yu dun be too upset already k? when its time, its time.... treasure the other one more now k? hmmm... den i tink yh and ly also gg out... haha.. sam and chunyang gg field camp.. den left phyllis... who is probably still wondering if piercing her navel will penetrate her intestines or not.

last week celebrating dad's bday..

fast entry.....

arghhhh im really sick... as in nort REALLY DAMN SICK.. but i really fell sick.. sheehs.. now i cant go out with dear... sighh but she's coming over later to pei me la.. after lunch or sth.. feels quite bad.. cos supposed to like eat some good food outside.. but sigh weak me has to fall sick at this time.. den i'll also need to declare that im sick.. alaamak its such a tedious process la.. den even if recovered i might be refrained from doing this and that as well... sigh..

haha to rog, nel and yuxiang.. no la im not saying army life is totally good.. and rog tekong nort say damn welfare la... but duno leh i seem to talk abt the nicer and memorable experiences don't i.. haha of cos there's all the stupid rush to wait and wait to rush shitts... and all the regimentations and blabla.. and how my feet and shoulders ache after route march.. fuck i duno how i got a bruise on my shoulder la... mebe field pack too tight.. haha. and i heard some companies let their soldiers put newspaper in their field packs during route marches.. like wth la can... for us they make us empty our bag in 1 minute and lay them nicely.. and then put everything in again in a minute.. madnes la i remember... but army maa sure have one la.. wad to do right.. perhaps the real bad stuff jus haven arrived yet.. like field camp.. haha.. but well our PS also told us to be happy soldiers.. haha.. sth abt translating unhappy or negative thoughts to positive ones...

oh anyway talking about jumping jacks (cos of wad sam tagged).. we did sth rather fun on saturday morning.. cos its supposed to be circuit training plus gym session.. den our 2IC (2nd in-charge) was taking us for circuits.. we did like narrow/wide/diamond push-ups.. den did 3 sets of 10 chin-ups... den did jumping jacks.. not your usual kind though.. its 8 counts.. meaning we shout "1,2,3,4,i,love,mo,hawk" haha we did 50 sets of it man... walau initially he ask us if we can do 100 sets.. den we shouted YES!! crazy la.. den reach 50 he says stop.. haha phew.. but its fun man.. 1st time do so many jumping jacks at a go.. last time sec sch canoe trainings also neva do so much before.. but its fun! cos i shouted like a dog.. esp last few counts i shout "i love mohawk" like mad... haha den later pple arnd me also shouted damn loud... =) den we also did push-ups and some calf exercise in a similar manner..

den at night we had a session with our section sergent lor.. he was from mohawk too.. wa den we heard quite a few stories lorr.. like how it was more tekan den currently.. just picture this.. cos of a small stupid mistake a recruit made, the ENTIRE company was made to fall in and do push-ups... a total of 20 push-ups... which took 2 hours plus to finish........ cos that sir lectured them as they held their push up position.. den whenever some idiot's knee touches the floor he would make them do jumping jacks and then start from zero again for push-ups... walau all of us were damn shocked lorr.... den he told us a few pple could do pull-ups and jump further for standing broad jumps cos their arms and legs grew stronger after that "extra excercise"... haha.. hmm so i guess from now on in terms of physical punishments, i shall try to see them positively la huh.. =)

k till next week.. next week will be long weekend.. haha cos got labour day!!! YESS!!!!!

2 weeks of BMT...!!

wa im abit shocked.. i check visitor count today still got abt 23 visitors la.. haha wa thanks man to those who keeps coming here tho yu know i cant update at all during the week.. and the tags that kept tagboard somewhat alive... heh.

anw yea 2nd week was particularly fast.. sitting in the bus from the ferry terminal to pasir ris mrt i thought it was jus recently that i booked out la... its good tho.. that time passes by fast.. haha.. but abit fearing next week cos its so-called the end of adjustment period.. 1st 2 weeks was damn fun la.. all the MOHAWK IDOL shit.... LEGEND here LEGEND there.... all the stupid n lame jokes our platoon sergents and officer cracked.. did i mention our platoon officer is freaking shuai??? EVERYONE agrees la... not a single one says he's not shuai.. i tink alot of girls must like him lorr.. heh.

anw past week quite alright still la.. had 6km route march.. its tiring man.. haha but this time we sang more songs than 4km... so moral quite high.. me and alvin were like standby song i/c.. whenever our mohawk idol loses his voice den we'll lead the singing.. rather fun! than we also had BCCT - basic close combat training.. haha so funny la keep punching and blocking and doing leg steps... den alvin was like a retard cos he cant coordinate his hands actions... HAHAHA... lamee.. but it was fun la.. all the shoutings make us more energetic in some way.. raised morale too.. haha.. next time gg to learn kicking and freestyle combat i think.. looking forward to it!

oh yess.. we had a loooong admin time (free time) on one day la.. den we actually took an hour nap.. waa feels s0oo shiok.. damn refresehd after that.. and following the enlistment of another new batch, our sergents and sirs were quite busy.. so we had more free time la.. area cleaning is rather freaky.. today our master sergent screwed us UPSIDE DOWN... literally. cos he's apparantly so not satisfied with our toilets especially.. but not bad la my section is good cos he din shout at any of our guys... heh. PHEW. but he sill scolded the entire company la.. he's soooo loud i can feel my face vibrate la.. i was at the front row some more.. haha..

wad elseee.... meals have been good still leh.. its like 2nd week already.. duno why tag last time said will grow sick of food after awhile.. but now still got variety lehh.. hmmm anw 5th may is our field camp!! waa im so NOT looking forward to it... haha but ohwells no choice la have to go though it..... i'll miss talking and sms-ing dear so much la freak.. =(

oh yea i went for some pilot test at cmpb in the middle of the week.. haha skipped like whole day of trainings.. den we just sit in air-con room click and play with joysticks........... yea. haha.... had good lunch and dessert... damn cheap la 1 dollar chendol.. haha.. og den the army recruitment talk.. I WAS BRAINWASHED..... sheehs. i felt urge to sign on la wth... haha.. many of yu tink im mad.. i tink so too.. im kaihong though.................. ANYWAY yea i signed the application form lor.. den will have interview and stuff.. but can still change our mind at any point of time.. still have to access physicla/mental/leadership potentials blablablaaa.... yea so i might not be accepted also.. but im jus tinkin abt it la.. will discuss more with parents 1st...

im having a damn sore thorat now and running slight fever btw.. sigh.. 37.5degress... shit cant go out celebrate dad's bday... sighh anw just now had lucnh at white sands with some bunkmates.. end up left me and alvin took train back lor.. den dear came over!!!!... waaaaa its been so long since i last hugged her!!! sheehs man.. i feel overwhelmed.. den we looked at the photos she took in japan.. haha so fun la.. while i was suffering.. frowns. haha.. yea den talked abt army stuff and she also gave me a micky mouse hp chain.. haha i tink quite funny.. can use it to slap pple.. den got some hard rock cafe glass also and some japan food la..

anw this 7 days were pretty alright la i guess.. hard to recount everything but i'll jus type anything that comes to mind lor.. i felt really good to put on my smart four (the so-called green short-sleeved uniform).. haha i feel like WOW I'M a MAN SIA.... heh. esp when i put on the jockey cap.. i felt the transition lor.. haha. even when i came back my parents were like waa here waa there... say i grow up liao blabla...

hmm marching is fun la.. i love it.. haha.. haven had the chance to be timer yet.. think next book-in i shall try.. quite fun shouting all those stuff, echo all the chants.. MOHWAK!! M2!!! WARRIORSS!!!! haha.. cool ayeeee. yea tag says will get siann of marching.. but i dun tink i'll grow bored of it so soon la.. haha. haven sang songs yet.. think it'll be even more fun when the singing starts...

wa the 1st night was terrible.. thinking of so many things la.. family, dear... things we had done in the day.. things we are going to do.. bunk-mates.. haha... oh speaking of which.. the 11 pple im living with are quite alright la.. 5 CJC and 5 ACJC... 1 HCJC 1 SRJC 1 RJC... haha not malays or indians which i hoped for.. and all come from JC some more!! haha.. quite a few jokers la.. my bed buddy is NCC one.. he's super pro with all the stuff la.. rifle especially.. haha.. wa must learn alot from him.. then i chosen my buddy too! he's also canoeist in CJC.. also got gf.. so talk quite alot with him lorr.. the rest also quite easy to talk to.. except for one or two quieter ones la.. but i guess as time passes when we're more familiar with each other den we'll let loose more lor..

then the PT lessons are quite fun la.. our PT instructor is damn shuai.. oh yea so is our platoon commander.. our platoon sergent also auite cute.. like teddy bear..... FUCK do i sound gay??!?!? yea 5 BX is fun also la... haha.. yessss i passed my ippt!!! tho im damn pissed with the 2.4km run.. i ran about 12min la.. fuck. started with a few pple then i died out.. fuck la.. im so gona OTOT myself man.. haha extra training in other words.. haha.. the other statins quite satisfied la.. esp sit-up... *BEAMS* pull-ups also nort bad.. haha but this guy damn skinny but oh-my-god strong la.. go pull a 15.... haha.. best in our platoon liao leh...

yea den everything is qt routine la.. mohawk and ninja really different from other coy lor.. can see one.. even when i hear my bunkmates talk to their frens and hear abt how their coy is like.. i also feel jealous la... but nvm like wad our platoon sergent said.. all these will only make our experience more memorable... haha be it getting scolded "you fucking maggots" ... to being asked to "say sorry to the wall" cos someone leaned against it.. haha.. quite funny leh come to think of it.. but luckily till now i've neva been the subject of shoutings and abuses lor.. so i pray won't happen also.. heh.

yest book-out was damn tiring and tedious la can.. carry so many shitzz.. queue so long.. bus ride to pasir ris also friggin cramped.. i hate it man.. haha. but once step down bus i feel so shiok.. like wad our sergents put it.. feels like an "orgasm".. haha. seeing girls after so long also evoked some unexplained emotions.. haha lame. yea den booked a cab down to changi airport.. yes still wearing smart 4 and carrying field pack and civilian bag.. haha i look like a cock la. yea met dear and her parents lor.. talked a while den dear went to eat burger king with me... haha YUMMY. talked alot alot lor.. we kept looking at each other i realise. haha =) but so sad.. cant touch or hug her... argggghhhhh. freak. cos its a chargeable offence to display public affection in uniform.. sigh. ohwellss.. bade farewell after one hour or so lorr.. hmmm yea i felt so so sad after that la.. like someone palce ur fav food in front if yu let yu smell/see den fucking take it away after 10 seconds.... what the hell la... sighh.

anw this morning had good breakfast with parents at meiling street! haha oh my the food is sooo nice. oh not saying army food is bad.. is great too!!! haha.. everyday every meal eat till damn full la... haha.. me and my buddy always add rice some more.. heh. shiOk.... but come out is another type of food la.. yea.. den wanted to go buy army stuff at clementi.. but not opened so came back lor.. dad's going to help me buy later lorr.. im gg to meet some classmates soon lor.. yea but now i've got to pack!!! haha... takecare pple!

class dinner at fish & co glass house was fantastic.. partly cos of the near perfect turn-out.... as ex-CT Rep i felt v happy to organise as successful gathering! hahaha... great to see everyone laughing together, doing silly things, talking abt people, updating everyone with our own lives etc..... im still sore abt missing the stayover at char's place though.. but oso no choice.. hmpf.

haha met with vicki and shoe and gerard.. my ancient tuition mates and long-time frens since sec school.. really glad the opportunity came for us to have a nice catch-up session...

seoul garden dinner with guanhow, hanjie and yh was fun! loads of good food and good convo.. haha mainly talked abt army stuff la... hmm pity it was a short one.. wanted to chill more with them but i guess they're tired and have other commitments.. haha.

chilled out with guanhow and lide at liberate, CHIJMES few days b4 lide went overseas.. haha talked about uni stuff.. wad we wana do in future blabla... got to know lide beta too.. i tink he makes a good fren. small part of me finds it wasteful he and i could not become close frens.... haha SHIT THAT SOUNDS GAY.

met up with samuel once to talk about uni stuff and misc.. haha. talking over starbucks can be shuang too.. haha. i hope next time we'll be able to do that too..

birthday lunch with my family + 3 yima's family + germaine was good too.. besides the good food, its actually been some time since i saw yima's family too.. incl ashton.. haha.. i tink after i go army its gg to be a seldom thing to meet up with relatvies...

also met with a few closer classmates.. sam, chunyang, ly, phyllis.. simple chill-out and talk cock at the esplanade.. brings back fond memories of JC life which we can no longer experience.. it might not be the last gathering, but certainly the next one's gona come in a rather long time i guess... sobs.

dinner with sam and tag was fun too.. i think tag's like the only army boy we still keep pretty much contact with.. nip and yh's like FOREVER in OCS camp... hahaha.. tag gave sam and i good scares with his ghost stories and rather good army tips too..

yo salsa clubbing last night yo with pan, phy, samuel (one of the twins samuel, not peck samuel) was pretty fun yo.. an eye-opener actually yo.. proud that i did not drink any liquor at all.. yo =)

FREAK we did so many things together!! ahhh. i'll so miss not being able to spend time with her... sheehs. i dun want to be not able to go her house frequently in the future..
